The final balance for your stay is then due 28 days prior to your arrival date.

Deposits and Balances

We cannot accept cancellations within 28 days of arrival - in this instance the full balance for your stay is due and cannot be refunded. In our experience these instances are very rare - but we still recommend that you cover yourself with a suitable holiday insurance policy.

Non-payment of balance.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking for which the balance is not received at the due time - we will make reasonable efforts to contact you prior to doing so, please ensure we have your full contact details. Deposits are not refunded in these instances.

Infant equipment.

We can provide cots or travel cots as per each cottages description, for infants under 2 years old.

Highchairs and stairgates are also available if required.

Behaviour & Curtailment

All guests are asked to act in a reasonable and considerate manner, we provide great facilities in a pleasant environment and positively welcome families - so if you want loud music and late night parties we can highly recomend Ibiza!! Some aspects of The Grange have special rules ie in the pool area we expect and require that children are properly supervised. In the unlikely event that a member of a group is unable to behave in an appropriate manner we reserve the right to request their removal from our premises. Under these circumstances we are not responsible for repaying any proportion of monies paid or for any consequential costs or loss to the group.

Property

We do not accept responsibility for guests property at The Grange - this includes vehicles.

Breakages

We ask that any breakages that occur during your stay are notified to us. Mostly these tend to be small, everyday items and we recognize that accidents do happen. Where the item is of a higher value we may ask for a contribution to its repair or replacement. When items are damaged by inconsiderate or unreasonable behaviour we will ask for a full replacement to be made.

Safety Standards

We take very seriously your welfare and safety whilst at The Grange. You can expect that all of our property and equipment is well maintained and in a safe condition. All of our cottages are certified for electrical and fire safety - smoke/fire alarms are provided and, where applicable, carbon monoxide alarms are fitted. We positively encourage guests to inform us if they find any equipment or items damaged or missing.

Over-occupancy.

It is important to note that the maximum occupancy of any particular cottage or apartment is as stated in its description.  We cannot allow any unit to be over occupied, please don't bring extra guests or arrange for people to stay overnight if it will take you above the number allowed - in these cases we do ask you to arrange alternative accomodation for your extra guests.

Day visitors.

We allow you to invite friends / relatives to the Grange during your stay but please understand that visitors cannot have access to the swimming pool facilities, this causes us grave problems with the licence for the pool and we would request that guests do not put us in the awkward position of having to ask non-residents to leave the facility.
